Duties
Using computer generated ingredient lists or requisition forms, loads food and non-food items onto truck and hand carts or mechanized conveyances.
Date stamps stock and places in correct permanent storage location according to specific oral instructions and established methods.
Checks quantities received against order, making notes of overages and shortages.
Receives telephone requests for food and non-food supplies then records and assembles orders.
Maintains warehouse sanitation standards according to regulations and local policies.
Checks stock levels of food and non-food supplies on a weekly basis to determine needs.
