Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive technical data packages for supplier utilization
• Develop and implement manufacturing plans aligned with production goals
• Resolve complex technical issues affecting performance, cost, and schedules
• Analyze design/build concepts to recommend efficient manufacturing solutions
• Create and support installation planning packages, including shipside planning
• Contribute to process and tooling improvements to enhance team performance
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering releases and manufacturing deliverables
• Collaborate across teams to support seamless manufacturing activities
• Work required overtime, weekends, and holidays to achieve production targets

Required Skills and Experience

• Associate (AA) degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• At least 1 year in a manufacturing or manufacturing support setting
• Minimum 1 year applying technical and professional writing skills
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work extended hours as business needs dictate
• Eligibility to obtain Secret Clearance post-employment

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Boeing
• Gold ESP proficiency
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite expertise
