Lone Star Bakery, Inc. is looking for a Sani Tech Lead for the day shift.

• Performs daily inspection of equipment prior to start-up to ensure all guards are in place, emergency stops are functioning and the line is safe to begin.
• Completes daily safety inspection checklist.
• Displays leadership and interpersonal skills and accurately completes relevant forms as needed.
• Displays a mechanical aptitude and is able to assemble, disassemble, and clean equipment on any production line from beginning to end.
• Demonstrates problem prevention and solutions.
• Performs multiple cleaning tasks and is able to maintain multiple cleaning areas.
• Participate actively in the team goals and concepts.
• Demonstrates compliance with all employee and food safety programs.

• Ability to team-lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to be on feet all day and perform walking, stooping, and bending functions as required.
• Must be able to complete relevant company documents.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple task and priorities.
