Assembler
Assemble custom light fixtures using hand, air, and power tools while following work instructions and quality standards in a team-based production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, wire, and connect fixture components.
- Follow blueprints and work instructions.
- Perform quality inspections and ensure safety standards.
- Operate and assist with basic maintenance of production equipment.
- Work as part of a small assembly team to complete production steps.
- Support process improvements and assist other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Experience using hand tools and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
- Ability to read work instructions and blueprints.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and positive team attitude.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
