Assembler

Assemble custom light fixtures using hand, air, and power tools while following work instructions and quality standards in a team-based production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, wire, and connect fixture components.
• Follow blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure safety standards.
• Operate and assist with basic maintenance of production equipment.
• Work as part of a small assembly team to complete production steps.
• Support process improvements and assist other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to read work instructions and blueprints.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and positive team attitude.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
