Industrial Cleaning Technicians - $16.00/$17.00 Hour
Canadian Executive Search Group (CESG), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is currently hiring Industrial Cleaning Technicians for one of the world's leading automotive manufacturers in San Antonio, TX.
This is not a janitorial position. This role involves industrial equipment cleaning and maintenance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Day
Shift:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
6:00 AM - 6:45 PM
Night
Shift:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning conveyors and industrial equipment
- Removing paint sludge
- Sweeping and scraping production areas
- Performing pre- and post-operational inspections
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Working safely around robotic manufacturing equipment
Proper PPE must be worn at all times.
Qualifications- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- 1-2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Commitment to following all safety procedures and PPE requirements
