Maintenance Technician

Bakerly, a leader in French-inspired bakery products, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. In this on-site role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging lines, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and support equipment installations and changeovers. You'll work closely with a collaborative production team, follow strict safety and food manufacturing standards, and help identify improvements that boost uptime and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Inspect, calibrate, and adjust machinery for optimal performance and safety
• Document maintenance activities and update work orders in CMMS or logs
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption
• Assist with equipment installations, line changeovers, and facility repairs
• Follow safety, GMP, and food manufacturing sanitation standards
• Identify improvement opportunities to increase reliability and efficiency
