Fast growing residential/commercial cabinet manufacturer looking for experienced Production Technician with Edge bander experience to work on our full-time shift. This position is full time at 40 hours.

• Machinery operation (CNC, Sliding table saw, Edge bander, various types of boring machines, chop saws, Pneumatic nailers and other shop tools associated with panel processing
• Shop Clean up and organization
• Shop inventory
• Read and produce parts according to shop drawings
• Safe Forklift operation
• Anything else that is asked of you in order to produce a quality product in the most efficient and safest way possible

• Honest and hardworking individual who wants to succeed professionally and in life
• Able to be trusted to work unsupervised
• Accountable for meeting work deadlines
• 5 days MAX absences annually and will be confirmed by references
• Must believe in TEAMWORK
• Must know how to read a tape measure and be familiar with metric measurements and the 32mm system
• Able to work WELL with others and to productively work through conflict
• Must have good English communication skills
• We prefer experience in working with Melamine and some Laminates
• Some experience in manufacturing counter tops or custom work is a major plus
