• Level 1 = 1+ years
• Level 2 = 4 + years
• Level 3 = 10+ years

• Perform bench and/or flight line testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on aircraft systems
• Modify, install, and test wire bundles and avionics components
• Analyze circuits, calculate waveforms, and trace signal flows using advanced diagnostic tools
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, wire diagrams, and work instructions
• Diagnose and correct assembly malfunctions using precision tools and instruments
• Collaborate with peers and management to determine optimal repair processes
• Mentor and support junior technicians; may lead teams on complex assignments
• Work from ladders or in confined spaces and lift up to 35 lbs
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, including Hazardous Energy and Lock Out/Tag Out protocols
• Support cross-functional teams (Structures, General Mechanics, Electrical) as needed to meet project goals
• Heavy aircraft platforms
• Proficiency in Aircraft Avionics Systems (Comm Nav, Radar, Data Links, Weapons)
• Experience in applied mathematics, statistics, or related field
• interpreting schematics, specs, drawings, and SOPs.
• Aircraft computer systems and standard office software
