IEM is currently seeking an EHS Specialist for our San Antonio, TX and will report to the Director of EH&S. The EHS Specialist is responsible for supporting and advancing environmental, health, and safety programs within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety standards while proactively identifying opportunities to improve workplace safety and environmental performance.

The EHS Specialist partners with operations, quality, and leadership teams to implement effective safety initiatives, conduct investigations, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Occasional travel (
