International has an exciting opportunity for Logistics Analyst
. The Analyst is accountable to support the day-to-day activities, interfacing with Supply Chain and Production initiatives. As International Motors continues to grow in San Antonio, we are expanding our production operations with the introduction of a night production shift. The night shift is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with production planned to begin in early 2027.

This is a salaried position supporting a manufacturing operation. While the primary schedule aligns with the designated production shift, employees are expected to provide operational support as needed to meet business objectives. This may require working outside normal production hours, including extended shifts, production startup activities, recovery efforts, and occasional weekend support based on operational requirements. Shift Differential: 10% differential upon transitioning to Night Shift work schedule.

• Ownership of data analysis for upcoming products (jobs)
• Presentation type definition based on forecast
• Develop and maintain layouts for Supply Chain-managed areas.
• Set up new parts in the system.
• Establish and maintain standard work instructions for plant specific materials team members
• Deployment and keep of Lean Material Flow strategies at the plant and supporting warehouse
• Support Line Feeding and Factory Feeding teams
• Troubleshoot daily operational deviations.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Projects & Activities

• Bachelor's degree and no experience

OR

• At least 2 years of supply chain or manufacturing experience

• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

• Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
• ERP Administration Experience
• Created, developed, and oversee Supply Chain PowerBI reports and dashboards
• AutoCAD Knowledge
• Project Cordination Skills
• Experience presenting to all levels
• Ability to set priorities, multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work effectively with teams to deliver results
• Attention to detail, willingness to achieve high standards and continuously improve
• IT skills working in several current and developing systems including Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word, Power BI
• Self-starter, motivated professional with strong written, verbal, and presentation communications skills
• High level of accountability, ownership for tasks with little supervision
