Production Manager, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
EPI Enclosures & Engineering is a 59-year-old manufacturer of NEMA enclosures, wireways, and bussed secondary products. We are seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to join our team! The Assistant Plant Manager will be responsible for plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing.
Full Time
Schedule is M-F 7am-5:00pm (OT available)
Responsibilities:- Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
- Coordinate supplies and material ordering
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Place production orders from customers
- Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Submit plant and production reporting
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
- Knowledge of production tools and equipment
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- College Degree preferred, not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Profit Sharing when applicable
