TMD Staffing is hiring for Pickers / Packers / Production Workers / Inventory Personnel for a food manufacturer in San Antonio, TX.

The right candidate will have experience working with a food manufacturing company and be familiar with the roles and tasks in the production and packaging departments They will be dependable and reliable and be able to commit to full shifts and schedule. The candidate we select will be moving about to different roles getting ingredients, materials and products picked, packed, and ready for processing and shipping out.

This job will demand that you be able to work in an environment that is COLD. PPE will be required on the production floor. Bilingual
- English/Spanish will be a great plus. Hablamos Espanol.

SCHEDULE:

Saturday to Thursday
- Multiple

Shifts:

Flexibility to end of production necessary.

PAY: $15 HR
- Weekly compensation by electronic deposit

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Be knowledgeable and willing to learn the tasks for multiple roles within the packaging/production department

Know and be able to use a finger scanner

Be familiar with conducting inventory

Be able to assist with palletizing

Be able to assist with plastic sealing machines

Be able to stand throughout shift, unassisted

Assist replenishing department to keep production  able to work in a fast paced production line Monitor cases and packaging double checking to make sure products have been packed

Be flexible and willing to move around to different roles to avoid fatigue

Be able to work in a VERY COLD environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Be able to pass a drug screen

Have pass and have a decent background check

Be able to wear proper PPE, (safety glasses, gloves, hair and foot bonnets)
Be legal to work in USAHave reliable transportation, Public Transportation does not run with Shift Times Must be able to work 8 to 10 hours shift
