Product Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

Daily Dot Art is seeking a detail-oriented Product Marketing Assistant to support the planning and coordination of product-related marketing initiatives. This role assists with product launches, marketing materials, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of campaigns and brand consistency.

• Assist in coordinating product launch timelines and marketing activities

• Support the development of product presentations, sales materials, and promotional collateral

• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate product messaging

• Assist with internal meetings, reporting, and data collection

• Ensure brand consistency across all product-related materials

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required);
  Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work on-site in San Antonio, TX
