We are seeking a versatile and creative Digital Content Creation Specialist to produce compelling content across multiple digital platforms. This role involves crafting engaging materials—including blogs, videos, infographics, and social posts—while aligning with brand goals and audience needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong storytelling skills, a strategic mindset, and a keen understanding of current digital trends to enhance content effectiveness and drive engagement.

• Create digital content in diverse formats, including online publications, social media posts, blogs, videos, infographics, podcasts, and emails.
• Design content strategies tailored to different digital channels, ensuring relevance, engagement, and alignment with the company's objectives.
• Research and analyze digital marketing and content trends, as well as in the industry in general, to remain current and enhance our content's effectiveness.
• Schedule and publish content across various digital channels, utilizing content management and scheduling tools for efficient distribution.
• Provide support on content editing and design, ensuring the quality and visual appeal of our materials.

• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities to engage diverse audiences.
• Strategic mindset, capable of designing content strategies tailored to different digital platforms.
• Research skills to analyze digital marketing trends and industry developments.
• Familiarity with content management systems and scheduling tools.
• Basic graphic design skills to support content creation.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey messaging across various digital channels.

• Computer:
  Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 (3000+), or Mac M1+. Min. 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD.
• OS:
  Windows 11 or macOS.
• Headset: USB wired or wireless.
• Internet:
  Wired connection, at least 20 Mbps.

• Client Satisfaction: The level of copywriting satisfaction among the social media team, social media followers, and our CEO.
• Leadership Effectiveness Rating: Embody team spirit and collaboration within the social media marketing team, implementing efforts to maximize its output with impeccable writing.
• Operational Accuracy: The time taken to create a social media post, script, or corporate communication, from initiation to completion.
• Operational Efficiency: Evaluate the efficiency of processes and procedures, measuring the effectiveness of social media posts within the social media marketing team.
• Compliance Rate: Ensuring social media efforts are following the current firm SOPs. Ensuring marketing development efforts follow third-party requirements (BAR).

Provide feedback to the social media team lead regarding all training being current and geared towards proficiency.
