Position: Marketing Specialist Intern - Summer 2026 (TXWORKS)
Summary:

If you are looking to gain real-world experience in marketing, we have an exciting opportunity at Frozen Beverage Dispensers. As a Marketing Specialist Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in executing marketing strategies, creating content, and supporting various campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and enhance brand awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customer segments.
• Analyze competitor activities and report the findings to the marketing team.
• Create, update, and optimize marketing and sales materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and product datasheets to support the sales team.
• Develop clear, concise, and persuasive messaging that communicates the unique value of our products and services to various customer segments.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, events, and email marketing.
• Ensure all materials and messaging are aligned with brand guidelines and company objectives.
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.

Physical Demands:

• Required to sit, type, have eye/hand/foot coordination, occasionally stand, and walk.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• This position works in a typical office and manufacturing environment.
• Clarity of vision including the ability to appropriately differentiate colors.
• Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds.

Additional Information:

This internship position is part of the TXWORKS - Student program. Interested applicants will complete the Student Eligibility Form to get started. TXWORKS-eligible students participating in TXWORKS internships earn a minimum of $20 per hour for at least 8 weeks / 96 hours for internship opportunities. TXWORKS student participants submit their letter of eligibility with the record  their college transcript (official or unofficial) with their internship application.
