Dental Social Media Coordinator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Dental Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing and curating engaging content for social media platforms, implementing strategies to grow and maintain the online community, and ensuring the online presence aligns with the values and objectives of New Heights Dental and Braces.

Day-to-day tasks include creating, scheduling, and analyzing social media content, managing social media accounts, engaging with online audiences, and collaborating with the marketing team to increase the office's visibility and enhance patient engagement. This role is core to the dental Practice Marketing Plan (PMP) framework.

• Strong proficiency in Social Media Management, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Content Creation skills, including photography, videography, and graphic design experience.
• Experience with marketing strategies and tools, including content marketing, social media strategy, and campaign execution.
• Knowledge of analytics and tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to measure campaign impact.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
