At Via, we're supporting an established professional services business that's looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to join its growing marketing team.

You'll collaborate with teams across the business to deliver campaigns, create compelling content, coordinate events, and strengthen brand positioning while exploring innovative marketing technologies, including AI-powered tools.

• Plan and coordinate regional marketing campaigns, events and sponsor ships
• Support the delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives

• Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs and case studies
• Develop compelling messaging that strengthens brand awareness and supports business growth
• Assist with the creation of proposals, presentations and other marketing collateral

• Research target markets, customer trends and competitor activity
• Identify new opportunities to support business development and marketing initiatives
• Contribute ideas that strengthen marketing strategy and campaign effectiveness
• Leverage AI tools and emerging marketing technologies to improve workflows and content creation
• Work closely with marketing, communications and business teams on cross-functional projects
• Support continuous improvement across marketing processes and initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment
• Experience creating digital and written marketing content
• Proficiency with Adobe In Design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinking, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
