CRM Systems & Management, Client Relationship Management, Marketing Communications, Business Administration
The South Texas Business Lawyers is a growing business law firm serving entrepreneurs, privately held companies, executives, investors, and business owners. We are looking for a high-energy, highly organized Growth and Client Experience Manager who can help us build the systems that turn great marketing, strong relationships, and excellent client service into sustainable growth.
This is not simply a social-media or content position. We are looking for someone who enjoys both people and process, someone who can build relationships, create compelling content, organize initiatives, establish repeatable systems, measure results, and continually improve how prospective and existing clients experience the Firm.
The right person will take ownership of the Firm's marketing, business-development support, prospective-client intake process, and client-experience initiatives. The position requires someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. On one day, that may mean developing a content campaign or coordinating a referral initiative. On another, it may mean reviewing intake data, improving a follow-up workflow, organizing a client event, tracking conversion metrics, or identifying why good opportunities are falling through the cracks.
A significant part of the role will involve building and improving processes. During the first several months, the Growth and Client Experience Manager will help establish and document the Firm's systems for prospective-client intake, lead qualification, follow-up, source attribution, client feedback, marketing calendars, reporting, and performance measurement. The goal is to create processes that are simple, repeatable, measurable, and capable of scaling with the Firm.
The role will also be responsible for executing the Firm's marketing strategy across appropriate channels, including social media, email, educational content, video, podcasts, webinars, events, referral relationships, and other business-development initiatives. The Growth and Client Experience Manager will work closely with the Firm's attorneys to turn their knowledge and ideas into useful content while maintaining a consistent and professional brand.
Equally important is the client-development side of the position. This person will help ensure that prospective clients receive timely, professional, and consistent communication from the moment they contact the Firm. The role will monitor inquiries, follow-up activity, scheduled consultations, consultation attendance, referral sources, and conversion outcomes so that the Firm understands what is working and where improvements are needed.
We are looking for someone who is naturally relational but also disciplined about follow-through. You should enjoy meeting people and developing relationships, but you should also be the kind of person who creates a process when one does not exist, documents it, uses it consistently, and improves it based on results.
Strong candidates will have experience in marketing, business development, client experience, professional services, advertising, communications, or a similar field. Experience helping a small or growing business create systems and processes is particularly valuable. Experience with CRM platforms, marketing analytics, project management tools, email marketing, social-media management, and content creation is needed as well.
The successful candidate will be an excellent written and verbal communicator, highly organized, comfortable working independently, confident interacting with professionals and business owners, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. We value initiative and judgment. We do not want someone who waits to be told what to do each day. We want someone who sees an opportunity or problem, develops a thoughtful solution, and helps execute it.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys building. The Firm is growing, and many of the systems this position will ultimately manage are still being developed. That creates significant opportunity for the right person to shape how the Firm markets itself, develops relationships, converts opportunities, and delivers an exceptional client experience.
The position is full-time and based in San Antonio, Texas. The starting base salary is $42-45K per year, with the opportunity to earn a performance-based incentive program.
The incentive program rewards measurable results and the development and consistent execution of the systems that produce those results.
