Brand Ambassador

Are you an excellent communicator looking for the next step in your career? TexL Campaigns is hiring a Brand Ambassador to become the newest member of our San Antonio marketing team. As a Brand Ambassador you will support brand strategy and execution across various event marketing initiatives. The Brand Ambassador helps develop and implement brand campaigns, assists with promotional activities, accelerates new customer acquisition and drives sales.

No two days are ever the same in this position, responsibilities include coordinating with Account Executive teams, preparing brand materials, customer engagement, live marketing and supporting regional sales initiatives. As a Brand Ambassador, you will also engage with customers and partners to reinforce brand messaging, gather feedback from the market, and contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility and new customer enrollment.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.
• Customer service skills, with experience in building positive relationships and responding to inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Sales skills, including comfort with presenting offerings, supporting sales initiatives, and understanding customer needs.
• Marketing skills, with a basic understanding of branding, campaign execution, and market positioning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with strategic sales and marketing techniques are a plus

Brand Advocate Responsibilities:

• Brand showcases
• Pop-up shops, retail events, trade shows, product demonstrations and launch events
• Customer acquisition
• Utilize marketing techniques to help customers find our brands
