Community Bible Church in San Antonio seeks a Central Campus Kids Pastor to lead the Kids ministry teams (birth through 5th grade), recruit, train, and empower staff and volunteers, and serve as an ambassador for Kids Ministry within CBC.
The role requires strong leadership, public speaking to large groups, and the ability to cast vision, supervise weekend services, manage budgets, and collaborate with other departments.
