Community Bible Church San Antonio seeks a Central Campus Kids Pastor to lead the Kids ministry teams serving birth through 5th grade. You will recruit, train, and empower staff and volunteers, and serve on the ministry operations leadership team.
You must be comfortable speaking to large groups, with leadership development and team-building experience, and maintain doctrinal integrity across kids programming and family outreach.
