Community Bible Church is seeking a Kids Pastor to lead Kids Ministry at its flagship Central Campus in San Antonio, TX, serving 2,000 kids each week. This role will recruit, train, and shepherd a large team of volunteer leaders while building the systems needed to sustain rapid growth. The ideal candidate brings proven experience leading a large, growing children’s ministry and thrives in a fast‑paced, high-volume environment.
