About This OpportunityWe're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced community programs managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for community programs managers with 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, program logic models, board briefing decks, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans.
Compensation: $70/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications- 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work
- Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
