We are seeking a full-time In-Office Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical operations, quality assurance, and nursing oversight in a stable, compliance-driven environment. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who prefers an office-based position and is interested in clinical leadership and long-term growth.
Position OverviewThe In-Office RN plays a key role in supporting clinical quality, compliance, and nursing oversight. This position works closely with agency leadership and nursing staff to ensure accurate documentation, strong patient outcomes, and continued survey readiness.
For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a clinical leadership or Director of Nursing (DON) position, based on interest, performance, and mutual fit.
Key Responsibilities- Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Support OASIS review, corrections, and quality improvement
- Assist with QAPI activities and performance improvement initiatives
- Provide clinical support and guidance to field nursing staff
- Assist with order tracking, follow-up, and coordination
- Serve as a clinical resource for intake and office staff
- Participate in survey readiness and compliance activities
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain high clinical standards
- Limited field visits as needed (not a routine field position)
- This is not a heavy field nursing role
- This is not an intake or scheduling position
- This role is designed to provide structure, support, and leadership exposure without burnout.
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- On-site office position
- Standard weekday schedule
- Active Texas RN license
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards
- Familiarity with OASIS and Medicare home health regulations a plus
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in clinical leadership welcomed (not required)
