Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration;
May supervise CNAs as directed;
Provide patients' personal hygiene by assisting with bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assist with bathroom travel; assist with showers and baths;
Assist with activities of daily living including serving meals, feeding patients, ambulating, turning, and positioning; provide hydration and nourishment;
Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output
