• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) setting in San Antonio, TX
• Circulating OR nurse role covering ENT, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, GYN, and Plastic Surgery specialties
• Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; daily schedule may vary based on case start times
• 13-week contract
• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• Provides nursing care using the full nursing process — assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation — for assigned surgical patients
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol and monitors for side effects and effectiveness
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
• Assesses and addresses patient and family education needs, including psychological, emotional, cultural, and social factors
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate

• Active TX RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS (AHA only) and ACLS (AHA only) certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of OR/surgical nursing experience required
• Experience circulating surgical cases in ENT, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, GYN, and Plastic Surgery required
• BSN preferred
• US Social Security Number required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Active, unexpired copies of all certifications required for consideration

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
