IV Infusion Registered Nurse (Part-Time)

Location: San Antonio, TX

Remote Status: On-Site

Pay Range: $42 - $45 per hour

About the Role: As a mobile IV infusion RN, you will travel to skilled nursing facilities and long‑term care centers in the San Antonio, TX area to administer IV hydration and medication therapy to geriatric patients. You will be responsible for accurate, skilled, and compassionate care while working independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

• Administer intravenous (IV) infusions and medications
• Assess patients and monitor vital signs
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Communicate effectively with physicians and facility staff
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of all patients
• Work independently and collaborate with the care team

• Active RN compact license in Texas (required)
• Minimum 2 years of IV therapy experience
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Strong independence and ability to travel up to 2 hours one way (home every night)
• Excellent communication and patient‑care skills
