- Support available for LLC setup and business structuring
- Practice in a low-stress outpatient environment with healthy patient populations
- Work with a collaborative team and highly regarded surgeons
- Provide anesthesia services in a high-volume outpatient surgical center
- Independently manage anesthesia care for cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures
- Care primarily for healthy ASA I–II patients
- Support procedures including:
- Body contouring surgeries
- Facial plastic surgery procedures
- Combination cosmetic surgeries
- Select spine procedures
- Bariatric procedures
- Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and the broader perioperative team
- Adjust scheduling and availability to align with surgical volume fluctuations
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (
CRNA
) - Active Texas CRNA licensure or eligibility for Texas licensure
- Strong independent anesthesia practice experience
- Ability to work autonomously and confidently manage cases
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to accommodate varying surgical schedules
- Excellent professional references
