Job Summary

Med First Family Medicine is seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner to join its primary care team in San Antonio at our Northwest location. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well‑established outpatient practice focused on providing comprehensive, patient‑centered care to individuals and families across all stages of life. The role offers a collaborative environment with strong clinical support and an emphasis on continuity of care.

• Full‑time outpatient primary care role
• Mon‑Fri schedule along normal business hours with no nights, no weekends, and no call
• Manage patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care and chronic disease management
