Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU – Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing assignment in San Antonio, Texas. The assignment lasts 13.14 weeks and is scheduled to start on May 18, 2026. The position requires a 36‑hour per week schedule with 12-hour night shifts.

• Provide critical care nursing in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Perform routine and advanced procedures, including chest tubes, intubations, central lines, arterial lines, NG tubes, Foley catheters, and dressing changes.
• Document patient care in the Meditech system.
• Utilize critical thinking and sound clinical judgment to manage patient care.

• Minimum 2–3 years of ICU experience.
• Current, active Texas RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke certifications required.
• ICU discipline experience; trauma level exposure is a plus.

• Background in MICU or MSICU.
• Experience with IABP and CRRT.
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation.
