Overview
Bone Marrow Transplant Nurse Practitioner (NP) start date ASAP. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NP to lead the BMT team in San Antonio, Texas dership roles are available or non-leadership roles can be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the BMT nurse practitioner team.
- Provide advanced clinical care to BMT patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of BMT protocols and procedures.
- Mentor and support junior nurse practitioners and nursing staff.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in BMT or hematology/oncology.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
