Responsibilities:

• Manage a panel of patients in an outpatient clinic setting (Men's and Women's Urology).

• Perform minor in-office procedures independently (training provided).

• Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans.

• Build strong, long-term rapport with patients.

• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with scope of practice.

• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, disease management, and healthy lifestyle practices.

Qualifications:

• Licensure:
Texas State License (PA or NP) and Board Certification.

•

Experience:

Previous urology experience is a plus, but candidates with experience in other fields or new graduates with urology clinical rotations and interest in the urology field are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills are essential for patient education.
