A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Burlington, NC 27215. Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Compensation- Pay Rate: $67.00 per hour
- Benefits available to full‑time employees after 90 days of employment

- Contract assignment with potential for long‑term opportunities
- Individual start dates
- 32.5 to 40 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Possible holiday rotation coverage

- Provide evidence‑based primary and family healthcare services
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments
- Conduct and interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate
- Educate patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management
- Support chronic condition management and wellness initiatives
- Encourage patient engagement in their healthcare and well‑being
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Perform clinic administrative functions including opening and closing procedures
- Manage patient follow‑up communications
- Verify insurance information and collect patient payments
- Monitor and maintain clinic inventory and supplies
- Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment
- Complete accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care, Family Practice, or Urgent Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
- Experience managing chronic disease conditions
- Working knowledge of quality measures and patient outcome metrics
- Ability to work independently and practice autonomously
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with EMR systems and healthcare technology
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses if needed

- Family Practice experience
- Retail health clinic experience
- Preventive health and wellness experience
- Chronic disease management expertise
- Strong patient education and counseling skills
Candidates must have prior Primary Care, Family Practice, or Urgent Care experience. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
