Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Opportunity in San Antonio, TX
A progressive pediatric group of Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners are seeking additional NNPs to join their thriving practice at Methodist Children's Hospital on a per diem basis. - The group provides a full range of newborn/neonatal care in three inner-city hospital systems with multiple Level-II and Level-III+ NICUs
- The medical community includes a wide range of mother and infant subspecialists supported by two children's hospitals for this growing South Texas area
- Responsibilities include managing and facilitating comprehensive neonatal care including programs for HFOV, nitric oxide and ECMO
- Shifts are 24 hours in house
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master's degree and 1 year post-grad clinical experience required
- TX license or active IMLC preferred
- Recent clinical experience required
Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
