- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Day Shift; four, 10-hour shifts
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for patients in an outpatient community health clinic.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans, provide patient education, and coordinate ongoing care.
- Must have a license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
- Must have CPR upon hire
