We are a family-owned home health agency in San Antonio with over 30 years of experience, and we are looking for a dependable, caring PRN LVN to join our field team. This is a great opportunity for an LVN who wants flexibility, independence, and work that truly matters.

Home health is personal. You are not caring for ten patients at once in a busy hallway. You are in the home, one-on-one, helping someone heal, manage their medications, care for their wound, regain confidence, and remain safe in the place they know best. For many elderly patients, your visit is one of the most important parts of their week. Your care helps them stay stable, stay comfortable, and continue living at home with dignity.

We are not corporate-owned. We are an established agency that believes in quality care, strong communication, and treating our nurses with respect. Our patients are located throughout San Antonio, so you are not stuck in one facility or one building all day.

• Routine skilled nursing visits
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Medication management and teaching
• Follow-up care and patient monitoring

• Active Texas LVN license
• Home health experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Current CPR
• Good documentation habits
• Strong communication and follow-through
