The Well-established Healthcare system is looking to hire an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in a Rheumatology setting in San Antonio, TX!

- Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 per year, based on experience

- Full-time, 4/10s, no nights, no weekends
- Join 2 Rheumatologists and 1 experienced Rheumatology NP – a small, highly specialized team
- Outpatient-only position with no hospital responsibilities
- Manage a full-time patient panel of about 14–16 patients per day
, allowing time for thoughtful, complex care - Rheumatology-focused procedures:
infusions and joint injections - Work alongside like-minded, energetic, curious clinicians who are passionate about improving quality of life for patients with chronic rheumatologic conditions
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- At least 1 year of Rheumatology experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required), given the patient population
- Passion for chronic disease management, patient education, and working within a coordinated care team
