Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health – RN & LVN Positions

Location:

San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $24 – $36 per hour.

Job Duties:

• Work full‑time and part‑time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their homes according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care among multidisciplinary team members.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LVN license (new grads welcome – training provided).
• Experience providing care in a client home setting.
