We have positions available in a Neuro Step Down and at the Cardiac Step Down Unit.

- Schedule consists of 3 months days and 3 months nights- 36-40 hours
Responsibilities As a Gia Med employee, your duties and responsibilities will be the same as any other registered nurse on the same unit. Duties can include but are not limited to the following: team lead, precept, orientate, rapid response, and other tasks as needed. As an RN on either of the stepdown units, you can expect to provide healing to patients needing a higher level of skilled nursing care than on a Medical Surgical floor, but do not need an intensive level of care in the ICU.
Qualifications
-Must be U.S. citizen
-Valid Registered Nursing license for any U.S. jurisdiction
-BLS, ACLS current
-The RN shall have at least one (1) year of full-time experience working as an RN in an Adult Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) or equivalent, and a minimum of two (2) years (full-time) in clinical nursing within the last four (4) years.
