Monday, Wednesday Thursday & Friday (9 AM - 6 PM) Alternating Saturdays (9 AM to 6 PM) Practice Setting:
Behavioral Health / Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality mental health care in a progressive behavioral health setting. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive psychiatric services, including evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management for adult patients (18+).

The position offers an opportunity to work within an innovative care model that integrates ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) with holistic mental health interventions, alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions
• Develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
• Provide medication management and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Administer and oversee intravenous psychiatric medications and infusion therapies
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR/EHR systems
• Ensure continuity of care through follow-ups and coordinated treatment

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a psychiatric/mental health specialization
• Active and unrestricted PMHNP certification
• Current Texas state licensure or eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
• Required:

• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, or infusion therapies preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
