Conviva is a Subsidiary of Humana, seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and cheerful LPN/LVN (Licensed Practice Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse), who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of patients. The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region.
You will work on-site at the Conviva St. Cloud Care Center. You will report directly to the Clinic Administrator.

- Current licensure as an LPN or LVN
- Administratively proficient as this position is highly administrative in nature
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Phlebotomy experience
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records
- Experience with HEDIS
Additional Information:
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Pay Range: $48,900 - $66,200 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
