The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region.

Conviva, a subsidiary of Humana, is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and cheerful LPN/LVN (Licensed Practice Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse) who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of patients. The role involves delivering professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region.

You will work on-site at the Conviva St. Cloud Care Center and report directly to the Clinic Administrator.

• Current licensure as an LPN or LVN
• Administrative proficiency, as the position is highly administrative in nature

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Phlebotomy experience
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Experience with HEDIS

This role is patient-facing and part of Humana’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected, you will be required to be screened for TB.

$48,900 - $66,200 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
