Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Temporary Assignment

Stability Staffing & Consulting, LLC is seeking qualified and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support Immunizations Clinics in San Antonio, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable public health experience while serving the San Antonio community through clinic and field-based healthcare services.

Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Hourly Pay Rate: DOE
Assignment Duration: Through August 31, 2026 (May be extended)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM; occasional evenings and weekends as required
Work Location: San Antonio, TX, 78202 with field work as needed

  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of LVN practice.
  • Assist with clinic operations and public health initiatives.
  • Perform patient assessments, screenings, and documentation.
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed.
  • Educate patients regarding health programs and services.
  • Participate in community outreach and field assignments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and program staff.
Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a State-approved vocational or practical nursing program.
  • Current Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
  • Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License.
  • Ability to travel to field locations as required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Public health, community health, or clinic experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a plus.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
