Licensed Vocational Nurse

Job Summary

Care Linx by Sharecare is looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide care to patients in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, patients' homes, senior living centers, and hospital/clinical settings. The role offers flexibility to choose shifts—day, night, weekdays, or weekends—to fit your schedule.

• Provide care within your scope of practice including helping with the preparation, implementation, and continuing evaluation of the patient care plan
• Collect, record, and monitor patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs
• Administer immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers
• Communicate with the care team as needed
• Complete, maintain, and submit accurate and relevant documentation
• Supervise ancillary personnel and delegate responsibilities when required
• Ensure an atmosphere that allows for privacy, dignity, and well‑being of all residents in a safe, secure environment

• Reliable and professional; when you commit to a shift, you can be counted on
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage varying client schedules
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable with phone app‑based scheduling

• Three months of nursing experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• Active Nursing License/Certification
• Active CPR/BLS certification
• Proof of COVID vaccination, including the first booster
• Medical requirements such as physicals and TB test may be required
• Additional documents may be requested due to state laws and regulations, and some training requirements may be needed

$30 – $35 per hour
