Eligibility varies by location and employment status.

$4,000 sign‑on bonus (new hires only). Responsible for patient triage, patient education, and assisting physicians in assessment of patient needs and treatment plans.

• Maintain chart documentation to ensure all patient information is completed and documented correctly.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience:
  
  2 years of clinical experience in a physician office.
• Certification:
  Current State RN license and CPR certification.
