Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview

Become a part of our caring community. The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region.

The LPN/LVN assesses patient health problems and needs, takes vital signs, administers medication, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. The LPN/LVN may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.

You will report onsite to the Conviva Legacy Place located at 18414 US Hwy 281 N, Suite 104, San Antonio, TX 78259.

You will report directly to the Manager, Clinic Administrator.

• Current licensure as an LPN or LVN
• Administrative proficiency, as this position is highly administrative in nature

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Phlebotomy experience
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records
• Experience with HEDIS

40 hours per week

$48,900 - $66,200 per year. This range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based upon company and/or individual performance.
