Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Role Overview :Provide specialized nursing care in the NICU setting, supporting neonatal patients and collaborating with medical teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive patient care to neonatal infants in critical condition
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage medical equipment
- Collaborate with doctors, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols
- Provide emotional support to families of neonatal patients
- Current RN license
- Experience in NICU or neonatal care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
