We are seeking a skilled LVN with experience in pediatric home health care to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to children in the comfort of their own homes.
Job Responsibilities:- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the physician
- Provide basic medical care to patients
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing
- Communicate with patients and their families to ensure they understand their care plan
- Document patient care in accordance with agency policies and procedures
- Current LVN license in the state of Texas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
