Orientation and Mobility Specialist role supports clients in San Antonio, Texas, providing individualized mobility and orientation services during a 36-week contract. • Assess clients' mobility needs and develop individualized orientation plans.
• Provide hands-on orientation instruction in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Evaluate progress and adjust training protocols to meet client goals.
• Document sessions, maintain accurate client records, and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
