Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Medical Surgical Unit

San Antonio, TX
Assignment Duration:
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule:
Night Shift: 1900 - 0700
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Medical Surgical Unit. The LVN will be responsible for providing safe overall nursing care to patients and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and assist with patient assessments.
- Support a positive teamwork environment by collaborating with colleagues.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current LVN licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Telemetry capable; inpatient hospital nursing experience is preferred.
